Online support groups

Our virtual support groups are facilitated by our dedicated Outreach team and offer a safe, welcoming space for patients, carers, and family members affected by liver disease or liver cancer. These groups are designed to provide peer-to-peer support, helping you connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

Each session is a chance to share experiences, ask questions, and gain practical advice on living well with a liver condition. Topics often include looking after your liver through healthy eating, physical activity, emotional wellbeing, and day-to-day management of your condition.

We’re also regularly joined by guest speakers, including healthcare professionals, dietitians, and others, who bring expert insight to help support you and your loved ones.

The groups on this page are for adult patients and their loved ones. If you are looking for support with childhood liver disease, you can find support for parents and families here and support for young people here.
