Senior Administration Officer

  • Monday to Thursday (28 hours, 0.8 of FTE).
  • Permanent contract.
  • Winchester, 100% Office-based.
  • Reporting to People & Operations Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and confident Senior Administrator to join our Operations team and play a central role in helping our organisation run effectively.

You will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, providing high-quality administrative and operational support across Liver UK and working with colleagues at all levels, including our Senior Management Team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes and finding ways to make how we work more efficient and effective. You will manage a varied workload, keep important actions moving, coordinate organisational processes and help ensure agreed deadlines are met.
