Mark Oldfield is an HR leader with experience across defence, professional development, technology and medical technology, and is currently HR Director at a SaaS business. His interest in liver health is personal: his wife received a liver transplant following a chronic illness, giving him a close understanding of what patients and their families rely on from diagnosis through to recovery. He joined the board to bring that perspective together with his professional experience of people, culture and organisational development, helping Liver UK remain a well-run and sustainable charity for everyone affected by liver disease.
