Dr Tassos Grammatikopoulos has been a Consultant in Paediatric Hepatology at King’s College Hospital since 2012, where he leads clinical care in the Paediatric Liver, GI & Nutrition Centre. He is also an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at King’s College London and serves as the International Student Support Lead in the Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine. His clinical and research interests focus on portal hypertension and cholestasis in children, with an MD(Res) in Liver Molecular Genetics from King’s College London. He is a Fellow of both the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. He holds leadership positions, including Chair of the Paediatric Portal Hypertension Special Interest Group at ESPGHAN and Chair of the National Liver Advisory Paediatric Subgroup for NHS Blood and Transplant. He serves on multiple international committees and advisory boards advancing paediatric liver disease research and treatment.
